Terms of Service

1. The service

These Terms are a contract between you and Logo Deal (individual, trading as logo.deal), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, who operates logo.deal as a sole individual. logo.deal ("we", "us") provides a self-serve, AI-powered tool that generates and edits logos as SVG and PNG files (the "Service"). The subscription is software, not a human design service. "Outputs" means the logos and files the Service generates for you; "Inputs" means the prompts, text and instructions you provide.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One free trial per person, email address and payment card.

3. Plans, trials and billing

  • Paid plans (Starter and Pro, monthly or annual) are sold by Polar, the merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Plans include a 7-day free trial. A card is required; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trial accounts have limited generations and edits and watermarked downloads.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations and AI edits, shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. No plan is unlimited; fair-use and rate limits apply to protect the Service.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to: infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights (including copying existing brands or logos); create illegal, hateful, sexual or deceptive content; impersonate others; scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; resell raw access or share accounts; or use Outputs to train AI models. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and ownership

You keep your rights in your Inputs. As between you and us, and subject to these Terms and our providers' terms, Outputs you download on a paid plan are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Watermarked trial previews are for evaluation only. AI outputs may be similar to content created for others or to existing marks; you are responsible for checking trademark availability before using or registering a logo. Some jurisdictions may not grant copyright to purely AI-generated works.

6. Licence to operate the Service

You let us store and process your Inputs and Outputs to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending them to our AI model providers. We do not publish your logos without your permission.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and Outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
