Free trial

Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial in the customer portal and you will not be charged.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the customer portal (linked in your account and in every receipt email from Polar). Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.

Refunds

• First charge: if you contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and have used fewer than 5 AI generations since that charge, we refund it in full.
• Annual plans: refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 40 AI generations were used; otherwise not refundable for the remaining term.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded, except for billing errors or where the law requires it.
• Service problems: if a fault on our side stopped you from using the Service, tell us and we will restore your allowance or refund as appropriate.

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Polar, to the original payment method. Refunding a charge ends the related subscription access.

How to ask

Email media@logo.deal from your account email with your order or invoice number. We reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
