“Services” refers to all logo design, branding, graphic design, digital assets, subscription plans, and related offerings provided by Logo Deal.
“User,” “you,” or “client” refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Services.
“Deliverables” means any logos, graphics, files, drafts, or designed materials produced by Logo Deal.
“Subscription” means any recurring paid plan providing design services.
“Project Brief” means any text, images, instructions, or reference files provided by the user.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Services Provided
Logo Deal offers custom logo design, graphic design, branding assets, and subscription-based design support. We may modify or discontinue Services without notice.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or due to billing errors.
- We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content or misuse the Services in any way.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you receive commercial rights to final approved designs. Logo Deal retains rights to drafts, unused concepts, and internal design processes.
8. Revisions Policy
Revision availability depends on your plan. We may decline revisions that exceed scope or constitute new projects.
9. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary by workload, subscription tier, and design complexity.
10. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate project briefs and materials. Logo Deal is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts due to violations or payment issues. You retain rights to final paid-for Deliverables after termination.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
Logo Deal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Logo Deal harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or submitted materials.
15. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or payment processors linked to or used by our platform.
16. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes must be filed in the courts of that jurisdiction.
